We Thank Thee, O God, for a Prophet

Yesterday in Gospel Doctrine we discussed the blessings received through revelation given to the Prophets and Apostles. It is a daunting and impossible task for me to comprehend how profound and numerous these blessings are. This morning and I wish to offer my sincere, though incommensurate gratitude for Prophets and Apostles.

I'm thankful for four loving children and a considerate husband who still opens the door for me.

I'm thankful that our father is a God of miracles.

I was reading about God being a God of miracles just yesterday in 2 Nephi. I'm grateful for that, too! Otherwise . . . ?

I am grateful for the testimonies of my children. I am grateful for the clear voice of a living prophet when there are so many conflicting voices in the world. I am grateful for the Holy Ghost's whispering voice encouraging right choices.
